CC Resolution No. 4721 i ~ ~ I ~ ; RESOLUTION N0. 4121 ~ A RESOLIITION OF THE CITY COUfICIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO , MAKING ITS ORDER DESCRIBING THE BOUNDARIES DESIGNATED aS "SAN FELIPE 78-3" TO BE ~1NNEXED TO THE CITY AND ORDERIVG , aNNEI{aTIONS TO THE CITY WITHOUT PUBLIC HF~IRI:IG AS PRO- VIDED BY LAW; .1PPROXIMATELY 1.13 ~1CRES; LOCaTED AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF AI.CALDE ROAD ~1ND SAN FELIPE ROAD WHEREaS, pursuan[ [o the provisions oE the :Nunicipal Organization Act of 1977, proceedings have been ini[iated by che City Cuuncil, . a[ the request of all [he owners of the real property situate in the property ~ hereinafter described, on its own motion to annex to the City all of that ~ uninhabi[ed [erri[ory situate in the County of Santa Clara, State of California ~ hereby designated as "San Felipe 78-3"; and i WHEREAS, the Santa Clara County Local Agency Formation Commission, by Resolution No. 78-84 adopted the 3rd day of May, 1978, has authorized the City of Cupertino to annex the territory described in Exhibi[ "A" and as shown on the map in Exhibit "B", designated as "San Felipe 78-3", without notice, hearing or election in accordance wi[h Section 35221 oE the Government Code; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is to the best interest of [he City and of the territory proposed [o be annexed that ~he territory be annesed without public hearing; NOW, TREREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the [erri[ory described in Exhibit "A" and as shown on the map in Exhibit "B", attached hereto and made part ~ hereof, is hereby annexed to [he City of Cuper[ino.
