CC Resolution No. 4712 ~ ~ , RESOLUTION N0. 4712 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO ACCEPTING GRANT OF EASEMENT FDR ROADWAY PURPOSES FROM A. S R. LF.ASING, A PARTYERSHIP CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY 0.0397 ACRES, LOCATED ALONG THE NORTH SIDE OF STEVENS CREEK BOULEVARD JUST WEST OF HLANEY AVENUE WHEREAS, A. 6 R. Leasing, a partnership has executed a Grant of Easement for Roadway Purposes which is in good and sufficient form granting to the City oi Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California, easement over certain real property for roadway purposes, situate in the City of Cupertino, more par- ticularly described in Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B", attached hereto and made a part hereof, which is as follows: All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino County of San[a Clara, State of California, consisting of approx- imately 0.0397 acres along Stevens Creek Boulevard just west of Blaney Avenue. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RE50LVED, that the City of Cupertino accept said grant so tendered; and IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk be and he is hereby authorized to record said dedication and this Resolution.
