A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
ACCEPTING GRANT OF EASEMENT FDR ROADWAY PURPOSES FROM A.
S R. LF.ASING, A PARTYERSHIP CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY
0.0397 ACRES, LOCATED ALONG THE NORTH SIDE OF STEVENS
CREEK BOULEVARD JUST WEST OF HLANEY
AVENUE
WHEREAS, A. 6 R. Leasing, a partnership has executed a Grant of Easement
for Roadway Purposes which is in good and sufficient form granting to the City
oi Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California, easement over certain
real property for roadway purposes, situate in the City of Cupertino, more par-
ticularly described in Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B", attached hereto and made a
part hereof, which is as follows:
All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino
County of San[a Clara, State of California, consisting of approx-
imately 0.0397 acres along Stevens Creek Boulevard just west of
Blaney Avenue.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RE50LVED, that the City of Cupertino accept said
grant so tendered; and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk be and he is hereby authorized
to record said dedication and this Resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED a[ a regular mee[ing of the City Council of the Ci[y of
Cupercino this Sth day of June , 1973, by the following vote:

of Santa Clara, State of California, described as follows:

'/ista", filed July 20, 1906 in Book "L" of Maps, page 43, Santa Clara
~ounty Records, being more particularly described as follows:
3EGINNING at a point in the original centerline of Stevens Creek Boulevard
~istant thereon S 89° 41' W 187.40 feet from a granite monument set at
=he intersection thereof with the centerline of Blaney Avenue 50 feet
•aide; thence N 0° 19' W, 45.00 feet to a point in a line parallel with and
~5.00 feet Northerly measured at right angles from said centerline of
Stevens Creek Boulevard, and the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; said True Point
of Beginning being at the Southeasterly corner of that certain parcel
aescribed in the Deed from John I. Bacon to General Acceptance Company,
:ecorded June 9, 1965 in Book 6986 of Official Records, page 291;
:hence, from said TROE POINT OF BEGINNIING N 89° 41' E along said parallel
