A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CUPERTINO EXERCISING OPTION TO PURCHASE LOT 59
OF REAL PROPERTY FROM HERMAN CHRISTENSEN, JR.,
AND RAYMOND P. CHRISTENSEN; NORTHWEST CORNER OF
STELLING ROAD AND ALVES DRIVE
WHEREAS, the City Council by its Resolution No. 4471, has
approved the acquisition of certain real property located at the
Northwest Corner of Stelling Road and Alves Drive, adjacent to
Memorial Park, situated in the City of Cupertino, County of Santa
Clara, State of California, described as follows:
Lots 58, 59, 60, 61 and 62, of Tract 6015, as
, shown on the Map thereof filed for record in
the Office of the County Recorder of the County
I of Santa Clara, State of California, on May 16,
~ 1977, in Book 396 of Maps, pages 42 & 43.
WHEREAS, the City wishes to avail itself of its option to
purchase Lot 59 at the stated price of $136,882, which option
expires June 1, 1978.
I NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council hereby
exercises its option to purchase said Lot 59, and authorizes the
City Treasurer to issue a warrant for said price.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Cupertino this 17th day of Anril , 1978, by
the following vote:
