CC Resolution No. 4674 ~ ~ ~ RESOLUTION N0. 4674 A RESOLIITION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO MAKING ITS ORDER DESCRIBING THE BOUNDARIES DESIGNATED AS "SAN JUAN 77-13" TO 8E ANNEXED TO THE CITY A1VD ORDERING ANNE}L~TIONS TO THE CITY WITHOUT PUBLIC HEARING AS PRO- i VIDED BY LAW; APPROXII~SATELY 0.2808 dCRES; LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF S:1N JUA,Y ROAD BETWEEY FOOTHILL BOllLEVARD • AND EL CERRITO ROAD i WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Annexation of Uninhabited Territory Act of 1939, proceedings have been initiated 6y the City Council, at the request of all the owners of the real property situate in the property hereinafter described, on its own motion to annex to [he City all of that uninhabited territory situate in the County of Santa Clara, State of California , hereby designated as "San Juan 17-13"; and , WHEREAS, the Santa Clara County Local Agency Formation Commission, by Resolution No. 78-5 adopted the 4th day of January, 1978, has authorized the ' City oL Cupertino to annex the terricory described in Exhibit "A" and as shown , on the map in Exhibit "B", designated as "San Juan 77-13", without notice, hearing or election in accordance with the Knox-Nisbet Act, Section 54797.1 of the Government Code; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that i[ is [o [he bes[ interest of the Ci[y and of the territory proposed to be annexed [hat the territory be annexed without public hearing; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLI/ED that [he territory described in Exhibit "a" and as shown on [he map in Exhibi[ "B", attached hereto and made part hereof, is hereby annexed to the City of Cupertino.
