CC Resolution No. 4665 ~ • RESOLllTION N0. 4665 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COIINCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO ACCEPTINC A GRANT OF EASII4ENT FOR STORM DRAIN PURPOSES FROM THE ROMAN CATHOLIC ARCHBISHOP OF SAN FRANCISCO A CORPORATION SOLE, LOCATED ALONG THE E~1ST SIDE OF DE .aNZA BOULEVARD NORTH OF STEVENS CREEK BOULEVARD WHEREAS, The Roman Catholic Archbishop of San Francisco a corpora[ion sole, Grantor, has executed a Grant of Easement which is in good and suf- ficient form, conveying to the City of Cupertino, Grantee, an easement for storm drain purposes over the property situate in the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California, more particularly described in Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B", attached hereto and made a part hereof: All that certain real proper[y situate in the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, S[ate of California, consisting of approximately 0.041 acre, located along the east side of De Anza Blvd. north of Stevens Creek Blvd. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL9ED that the City of Cupertino accepc said Grant so tendered; and IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that [he City Clerk be and he is hereby authorized to record said Grant of Easement and [his Resolution.
