RESOLUTION N0. 4651
A RESOLUTION OF THE CiTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
APPROVING THE PARCEL MAPS OF PROPERTY LOCATED ALONG THE
SOUTHFAST CORNER OF BANDLEY DRIVE AND ALVES DRIVE DEV-
ELOPER, TIiE KOLL COMPANY; AND AUTHORI2ING THE CITY ENGIN-
EER TO SIGN THE PARCEL "SAPS
WHEREAS, there has been presented to [he City Council for approval
and for auchorization to record the parcel maps of property located
along the southeast corner of Bandley Drive and Alves Drive by The
Koll Company; and
WHEREAS, said property is already improved in accordance with
City standards.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said parcel maps are hereby
approved; and the City Engineer is hereby suthorized to sign said
maps.
PASSID AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Cauncil of
the City of Cupertino this 6th day of February , 1978,
by the following vote:
