A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CDPERTINO
RATIFYING APPOINTMENT OF DOROTHY CORNELIUS AS DEPUTY CITY
CLERK
WHEREAS, the 6usinesa of the City and Che general welfare require con-
, tinuity of service in the Office of the City Clerk during any temporary ab-
~ sence of the City Clerk, and
i WHEREAS, providing such service is best accomplished by the appointment
( of a Deputy City Clerk, and
I WHEREAS, Dorothy Cornelius is qualified by ability and esperience to
i assume this duty.

~ WOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
That Dorothy Cornelius be and hereby is appointed Deputy City Clerk of
the City of Cupertino with all the rights and duties pertaining to the Office
I of City Clerk during his absence, to serve at the pleasure of the City Council.
