RESOLUTION AND ORDER OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
DESIGNATING PRECINCTS eV~ID POLLING PLACES AND APPOINTII~G MF2IBERS
OF PRECINCT BOARDS FOR GENERAL ~fUNICIPAL ELECTION TO BE HELD ON
TUESDAY, MP.RCH 7, 1978, AND DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH
A LIST OF ELECTION OFFICEP.S AND POLLING PLACES
BE IT RESOLVED by the Ci[y Council of the City of Cupertino:
1. Yotice is hereby given [ha[ at the general municipal election to be held
in the City of Cupertino on Tuesday, che 7th of March, 1978, there shall be
twelve (12) voting precincts consisting of consolidations of the regular elec-
tion precincts in Che City of Cupertino established for the holding oc state
and county elections; that the polling places for the respective precincts shall
be the places hereinafter designated; and that the persons hereinafter named
have been appointed ufficers of election for their respective voting precincts.

3. The compensation of each of the election officers hereby appointed, and
in tull therefor, is hereby fixed as follows: S29.00 to each Inspector and
525.00 to each Judge and to each Clerk.

in the time, form and manner required by law, a list of election officers
and polling places.
