RESOLUTION N0. 4621
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
ACCEPTING GRANf OF EASEMENT FOR SANITARY SEWER AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES FROM SAN CARLOS HOMES AIQD DEVELOPMENT
COMPANY CONSISTING OF APPROXIMi~TELY .029 ACRES, LOCATED
AT LOT 2, TRdCT 6040
WHEREAS, there has been executed a Grant of Easement for Sanitary Sewer
and Public U[ility Purposes which is in good and sufficien[ form granting
to the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California, easemen[
over certain real property for sanitary sewer and public utility purposes,
situate in the City of Cupertino, more particularly described in Exhibit
"A" and Exhibit "B", attached hereto and made a part hereof;

i NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, tha[ the City of Cupertino accept said
~ grant so tendered; and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk be and he is hereby authorized
[o record said dedication and Chis Resolution.

An easement 10 feec in width for sanltary sewers and public utilities for
the benefi[ of Parcel "A" as shocm on map of Tract 6040, a map of which is
recorded in Book 402, pages 1 through 5, San[a Clara County Records, more
particularly described as follows:
The northerly 10 feet of Lot 2, as shown on said map of Tract 6040 and running
i from the westerly boundary line of said Lot 2 to the westerly right of way
