A RESOLUTION OF THF. CLTY COUNL'IL OF TIIE CITY OF CUPERTINO
ACCEPTING GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR ROADWAY YURPOSES FROM
PfAUREEN D. NEWELL, LOT 34, TRACT N0. 1093, CONSISTING OF
APPROXIPIATELY 0.031 ACRE, LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF
FOOTIIILL BOULEVARD SOUTH OF PERMANENTE ROAD
WNEREAS, Maureen D. Newell has executed a Grant of Easemen[ for Roadway
Purposes which is in good and sufficient form gran[ing to the City of Cuper[ino,
Coun[y of Santa Clara, Sta[e of California, easement over certain real proper[y
for roadway purposes, sit~ate in the City of Cupertino, more particularly
described in Exhibi[ "A" and Exhibit "B", attached hereto and made u par[
hereof, which is as follows:
All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino,
County of Santa Clara, Sta[e of California, consisting of approxi-
mately 0.031 acres on the West side of Foothill Boulevard South
of Permanen[e Road.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that [he Ci[y of Cupertino accep[ said
grant so [endered; and
IT IS FURTFiER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk be and he is hereby authorized
to record said dedication and this Resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular mee[ing of the City Council of [he City
of Cuper[ino this 19th day of September , 1977, by the following vote:

Clara, State of California, more par[icularly described us follows:
A s[rip of land (20 feet vide) being a portion of Lo[ 34, in Block 3, as
shown upon [hat certain Map entitled, "Tract No. 1093, Carolyn Gardens Unit
No. 3", which map was filed for record in the office of the Recorder of the
County of Santa Clara, S[ate of California on May 4, 1953 in Book 42 of Maps,
at page 37, the easterly line of said 20.00 foot strip of land described as

Beginning at [he Northeas[ corner of said Lot 34, of said Tract, thence S.
0°15'S2" E., a distance of 68.00 feet, said line being parallel and 30.00
fee[ perpendicular distance from the centerline of Foothill Boulevard.
