A RESOLUTION OF' 1'HE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
ACCEPTING GRANT OF EASEFIENT FOR ROADWAY PURPOSES FROM
WALLACE AMARAL AND BETTY AMAItAL, LOT 33, TRACT N0. 1093,
CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY 0.031 ACRE, LOCATED ON THE
WEST SIDE OF FOOTHILL 80ULEVAftD SOUTIi OF PERMANENTE ROAD
WkiEREAS, Wallace Amaral and Betty Amaral have executed a Grant of Ease-
ment for Roadway Purposes which is in good and sufficien[ form granting to the
City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California, easemen[ over
certain real property tur roadway purposes, situate in the City of Cupertino,
more particularly described in Exhibi[ "A" and Exhibit "S", attached here[o and
made a part hereof, which is as follows:
All that certain real property situate in the Ci[y of Cupertino,
County of San[a Clara, State of California, consistins of approxi-
mately 0.031 acre on [he West side of Foothill Boulevard South of
Permanen[e Road.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, tha[ the City of Cupertino accept said
grant so tendered; and
IT IS FURTNER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk be and he is hereby authorized
[o record said dedication and [his Resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of [he City Council of the Ci[y
oE Cupertino this 19th day of September , 1977, by the following vote:

A strip of land (20 feet wide) being a por[ion of Lo[ 33, in Block 3, as
, shown upon that certain Map entitled, "Tract No. 1093, Carolyn Gardens, Unit
; No. 3", which Map was filed for record in the office of the Recorder of the
County of Sun[a Clara, S[ate of California on May 4, 1953 in Book 42 of Maps,
at page 37, [he easterly line of said 20.00 foo[ strip of land described as
follows:
I Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Lo[ 33, of said Trac[, thence S.
0°15'S2" E., a diatance of 68.00 fee[, said line being parallel und 30.00 feet
perpendicular dis[ance from the centerline of Foothill Boulevard.
Concaining 0.031 acres, more or less.
