A RESOLUTION OF TfIE CITY CU~NCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
ACCEPTINC GRANT OF EASEDIENT FOR ROADWAY PURYOSES FROM
MANUEL BLANCO AND DOROTNY BLANCO, LOT 32, TRACT N0. 1093,
CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY 0.031 ACRE, [.OCATED ON THE
WEST SIDE OF FOOTHILL BOULEVARD SOUTH OF PERMANENTE ROAD
WHEREAS, Manuel Blanco and Dorothy Blanco have execu[ed a Grant of Ease-
ment for Roadway Purposes which is in good and sufficien[ form granting to the
~ City of Cupertino, Coun[y of San[a Clara, Sta[e of California, easemen[ over
certain real property for roadway purposes, situate in the City of Cupertino,
more par[icularly described in Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B", at[ached hereto
~ and made a par[ hereof, which is as follows:
j All that certain real property situate in [he City of Cupertino,
i County of Santa Clara, State of California, cansisting of approxi-
mately 0.031 acre on [he West side of Foothill Soulevard South of
Permanente Road.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Cupertino accept said
gran[ so tendered; and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED, tha[ the Ci[y Clerk be and he is hereby uuth-
; orized to record said dedica[ion and thls Resolution.
