CC Resolution No. 4558 • ~ ~ ` RGSOLU'I'lON N0. 4558 A RESOLUTiON OF THL C1TY WUNCIL OF THE CLTY OF CUPERTINO ACCEPTINC CRANT OF EASEMENT FOR ROADWAY YURPOSES FROM WALLACE AMARAL AND BETTY AMARAL, LOT 31, TRACT N0. 1093, CONSISTING OF APPROXIDIATELY 0.030 ACRE, LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF FOOTHILL BOULEVARD SOUTH OF PERMANENTE ROAD WHEREAS, Wallace Amaral and Bet[y Amaral have executed a Grant of Easement for Roadway Purposes which is in good and sufficient form granting [o [he City of Cuper[ino, County of Santa Clara, State of Californla, eusemen[ over certain real pzoperty for roadway purposes, situate in the City of Cupertino, more par[icularly described in Exhibit "A" and Exhibi[ "B", at[ached hereto and made a par[ hereof, which is as follows: All tha[ certain real property situate in the City of Cuper[ino, County of San[a Clarn, Sta[e of California, consis[ing of approxi- ma[ely 0.030 acre on [he West side of Foo[hill Bo~levard Sou[h of Perntanen[e Road. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Cupertino accept said grant so tendered; and IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk be and he is hereby auth- orized to record said dedica[ion and this Resolution.
