A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
APPROVING THE FINAL MAP AND IMPROVEMENT PLANS OF TRACT
N0. 6059 UNIT 2 LOCATED AT THE NOP,THWEST CORNER OF HOME-
STEAD AND DE ANZA BOULEVARD; DEVELOPER, CUPERTINO GARDENS
PATIO HOMES; ACCEPTING CERTAIN EASEMENTS; AUTHORIZING
SIGNING OF FINAL MAP AND IMPROVEMENT PLANS; AUTHORIZING
THE EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT IN CONNECTION THEREWITH
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council for approval and
for authorization to record final map of Tract No. 6059, Unit 2 located at
the northwest corner of Homestead Road and De Anza Boul.evard showing certain
avenues, drives, places, and roads by Cupertino Gardens Patio Homes; and
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council a proposed agreement
for the construction of streets, curbs, and gutters, and for other improvements,
and good and sufficient bonds, fees, and deposits as set forth in Exhibit "A"
having been presented for the faithful performance of said work and the carrying
out of said agreement; and said map, agreement, and bonds having been approved
by the City Attorney;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that
a. Said final map and improvement plans of Tract 6059, Unit 2, be and the
same are hereby approved. •
b. The public service easements shown thereon and the offer of dedication
for public utilities are hereby accepted.
c. The City Engineer and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to sign
said final map.
d. The City Engineer is hereby authorized to sign the improvement plans.
e. The Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute the agree-
ment herein referred to.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
of Cupertino this 16th day of August , 1977, by the following vote:
