CC Resolution No. 4506 r.,l RESOLUTION N0. 4506 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO ACCEPTING GRANT OF EASEr1ENT FOR ROADWAY PURPOSES FROM PACIFIC VALLEY BANK, A CALIFORNIA CORPORATION; EAST SIDE OF NORTH DE ANZA BOULEVARD, NORTH OF STEVENS CREEK BOULE- ~ VARD WHEREAS, Pacific Valley Bank, a California Corporation, has executed a Grant of Easement for Roadway Purposes .which is in good and sufficient form granting to the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of Cal- ifornia, easement over certain real property for roadway purposes, situate in tne City of Cupertino, more particularly described in Exhibit "A" and Exnibit "B", attached hereto and made a part hereof, which is.as follows: All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California, consisting of approxi- mately 0.197 acre on the east side of North De Anza Boulevard, north of Stevens Creek Boulevard. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT KESOLVED, that the City of Cupertino accept said grant so tendered; and IT IS FURTHER RESOLVEll, that the City Clerk be and he is hereby authorized to record said dedication and this Resolution. No. 4506 All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino, State of California, described as follows: BEGINNING at an iron pipe marking tiie Northwesterly corner of the 0.487 acre parcel shown upon the Record of Survey Map recorded in Book 100 of Maps at page 9, Santa Clara County Records; thence, along the Northerly boundary of said 0.487 acre, South 89°54'38" East, 9.94 feet to a point which is Easterly 70.00 feet, measured at right angles from the original center line of North De Anza Boulevard, formerly known as Saratoga-Sunnyvale Road, as tne original center line is shown upon the aforesaid Map; thence, North Oo04'00" East, along a line parallel with said original center line, 53.00 feet; thence, leaving said parallel line and proceeding along the arc of a curve to the right, tangent to the preceeding course, having a radius of 84.50 feet, through a central angle of 18~55'2F3", for a distance of 27.91 feet to a point of reverse curvature; thence, along the arc of a curve to the left, having a radius of 100.50 feet, through a central angle of 18°55'28", for a distance of 33.19 feet to a point wiiich is Easterly 80.00 feet, measured at right angles from said original center line of North De Anza Boulevard; thence, North 0°04'00" East, along a line parallel with said original center line, 45.00 feet; thence, along the arc of a curve to the left, tangent to the preceeding course, having a radius of 205.69 feet, through a central angle of 12°54'S0", for a distance of 46.36 feet to a point of reverse curvature; thence, along the arc of a curve to the right, having a radius of 189.69 feet, through a central angle of 12°54'48", for a distance of 42.75 feet to a point on the .Northerly boundary of the 0.39 acre parcel shown as Lands of Claude J. Parrish on the Record of Survey Map filed for record in Book 29 of Maps at page 28, Santa Clara County Records, said point also being Easterly, 70.00 feet, measured at right angles, from said original center line of North t~e Anza Boulevard; thence, along the Northerly line of said 0.39 acre parcel of land North 89°59'00" West, 30.00 feet to a point on the Easterly line of North De Anza Boulevard as it exists today; thence, South 0°04'00" West, along said Easterly line of North De Anza Boule- vard, 246.32 feet to a point on the Westerly prolongation of the Northerly line of the aforesaid 0.487 acre parcel; thence, along said prolongation South 89°54'38" East, 20.06 feet to the point of BEGINNING.
