A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH PACIFIC GAS AND
ELECTRIC COMPANY - UNDERGROUND DISTRICT N0. 7 IN CONJUNC-
TION WITH NORTH DE ANZA BOULEVARD ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
PROJECT 76-14
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Cupertino, California,
that the City may make and enter into an agreement with Pacific Gas and
Electric Company, dated and in form this day presented to this Council,
and the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of
the City, in duplicate, and the City Clerk is authorized to attest his
signature and to affix the corporate seal of the City thereto.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
of Cupertino this 16th day of AuQust , 1977, by the following vote:
