RESOLUTION N0. 4448
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
ACCEPTING A GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR STORM DRAIN PURPOSES
FROM DE ANZA BAPTIST CAURCH LOCATED WEST SIDE OF PRADO
VISTA DRIVE SOUTH OF STEVENS CREEK BOULEVARD
WHEREAS, De Anza Baptist Church, Grantor, has executed a Grant of Easement
which is in good and sufficient form, conveying to the City of Cupertino,
Grantee, an easement for storm drain purposes over the property situate in the
City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California, more particularly
described in Exhibit "A" and Exhib it "B", attached hereto and made a part hereof:
All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino,
County of Santa Clara, State of California, consisting of approxi-
mately .0574 acre, located along the west side of Prado Vista
Drive south of Stevens Creek Boulevard.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Cupertino accept said
Grant so tendered; and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk be and he is hereby authorized
to record said Grant of Easement and this Resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the.City
of Cupertino this 18th day of April , 1977, by the following vote:
Vote Members of the City Council
AYES: Jackson, Meyers, Nellis, 0'Keefe, Frolich
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: None

All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino, County of
Santa Clara, State of California, more fully described as follows:
BEGINNING at the most northeasterly corner of the parcel designated "Public
Street Dedication" as shown upon that certain PARCEL MAP filed November 29,
1976, in Book 384 of Parcel Maps at page 14, said corner being at the westerly
line of Prado Vista Drive as said line and Drive are shown upon that certain
map entitled, "TRACT N0. 1034, CAROLYN GARDENS, UNIT N0. 2, SANTA CLARA COUNTY,
CALIFORNIA", filed August 12, 1952, in Book 40 of Maps at page 8, County of
Santa Clara Records;
THENCE along the northerly line of said parcel, N. 89°55'00" W. 20.00 feet
to the northwesterly corner thereof;
THENCE along a line parallel with and westerly 20.00 feet measured at right
angles from said westerly line of Prado Vista Drive, N. 00°10'00" W. 125.00 feet;
THENCE S. 89°55'00" E. 20.00 feet to said westerly line;
THENCE along last said line, S. 00°10'00" E. 125.00 feet to the POINT OF
BEGINNING.
