A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
ACCEPTING GRANT DEED OF REAL PROPERTY FOR ROADWAY PURPOSES
FROM LORENA MARIANI, ET AL., LOCATED ALONG THE.WEST SIDE
OF NORTH DE ANZA.~BOULEVARD, NORTH OF MARIANI AVENUE
WHEREAS, LORENAr~:nIt1NI,. as to an undivided 1/2 interest, and PAUL
ANDREW MARIANI, JR. as Special Trustee and DR. ROBERT J. ROGERS, JOSEPH JACK
MARIANI, HAROLD A. McDOLdELL and MARTIN ZANKICH as General Trustees as to an
undivided 1/2 interest by devise, have executed a grant deed which is in good
and sufficient form granting to the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara,
State of California, the fee title to certain real property for roadway pur-
poses, situate in the City of Cupertino, more particularly described in Ex-
hibits "A" and "B", attached hereto and made a part hereof, which is as follows:
All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino
County of Santa Clara, State of California, consisting of approxi-
mately 0.155 acres, located along the west side of North De Anza
Boulevard, north of Mariani Avenue.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Cupertino accept said
grant so tendered; and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the City Clerk be and he is hereby authorized
to record said grant and this resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
of Cupertino this 5th day of April , 1977 , by the following vote:
