A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
ACCEPTING A GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR STORM DRAIN PURPOSES
FROM BAS HOMES OF CUPERTINO, A LIMITED PARTNERSHIP LOCATED
SOUTH OF PARLETT PLACE TO THE CATHOLIC CHURCH PROPERTY
WHEREAS, BAS Homes of Cupertino, A Limited Partnership Grantor, has
executed a Grant of Easement which is in good and sufficient form, convey-
ing to the City of Cupertino, Grantee, an easement for storm drain purposes
over the property situate in the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara,
State of California, more particularly described in Exhibit "A" and Exhibit
"B", attached hereto and made a part hereof:
All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino,
County of Santa Clara, State of California, consisting of approxi-
mately 0.02 acre, located south of Parlett Place to the Catholic
Church Property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that.the City of Cupertino accept said '
Grant so tendered; and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he is hereby authorized
to record said Grant of Easement and this Resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Cupertino this 7th day of March , 1977, by the following vote:

Exhibit "A"
All that real property situate in the City of Cupertino, County of Santa
Clara, State of California, described as follows:
A strip of land ten (10.00) feet in width measured at right angles, being
a portion of Tract 5858 as said tract is shown on that certain Map entitled
"Tract No. 5858, Cupertino, California," which Map was filed for record on
November 4, 1976 in Book 382 of P4aps at Pages 46 and 47 in the Office of the
County Recorder of said County, the centerline of said strip of land being
more particularly described as follows:
That certain line shown as " N20° 41' S7" W(R) 109.27' " lying between Lots
8 and 9 as shown on said Map;
The Southerly terminus of said strip of land shall be the Southerly boundary
of said tract, and the Northerly terminus of said strip of land shall be the
Northerly property line of said Lots 8 and 9 as shown on said Map.
Containing 0.02 acre more or less.
