CC Resolution No. 4384 RESOLUTION N0. 4384 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO ADOPTING LOCAL GUIDELINES RELATING TO RELOCATION ASSIS- TANCE AND REAL PROPERTY ACQUISITION THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Adoption of Guidelines. In compliance with Section 7267.8 of the Government Code, and Section 60006 of Title 25, California Administrative Code, the City Council hereby adopts these local guidelines relating to relo- cation assistance and real property acquisitions. Section 2. State Act and Guidelines. The Relocation Assistance Act of the State of California, commencing with Section 7260 of the Government Code, and the State Guidelines adopted by the Commission of Housing and Community Development, relating to relocation assistance and real property acquisition, effective January 1, 1977, set forth in Title 25, California Administrative Code, commencing with Section 6000 (to the extent such guidelines are auth- orized by said Relocation Assistance Act, and are otherwise valid), as that Act and those Guidelines now, or may hereafter, exist, are hereby adopted as the local guidelines of the City of Cupertino for relocation assistance and real property acquisition. Section 3. Administrative Authority. There is hereby conferred upon the City Manager those powers and duties necessary for the administration of these local guidelines. In addition, there is also conferred upon the City Manager the authority and power to designate such officers and employees of the City, and of other cooperating public agencies, as may be required, to assist him in carrying out the intent and purpose of these local guidelines.
