RESOLUTION N0. 4375
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
ACCEPTING A QUITCLAIM DEED FROM THE COUNTY OF SANTA CLARA,
PROPERTY LOCATED BEYOND THE END OF ADRIANA AVENUE
, WHEREAS, the County of Santa Clara, Grantor, has executed a Quitclaim
Deed which is in good and sufficient form, conveying to the City of Cupertino,
• Grantee, an easement for storm drainage purposes over the property situate in
the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California, more partic-
ularly described in Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B", attached hereto and made a
part hereof:
Al1 that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino,
County of Santa Clara, State of California, consisting of approxi-
mately .3393 acre, located beyond the end of Adriani Avenue.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Cupertino accept said
Quitclaim Deed; and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he is hereby authorized
to record said Quitclaim Deed and this Resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
of Cupertino on the 8th day of February 1977, by the following vote:

Al1 that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino, County of
Santa Clara, State.of California, more particularly described as follows:
An easement for storm drainage purposes, over a strip of land 20.00 feet in
width, the Easterly and Northeasterly lines~of wliich~are described as follows:
Beginning at a 2" x 2" stake on the Northerly line of Adriana Avenue at the
Easternmost corner of Lot 11, as said Avenue and Lot are shown upon that certain
Map entitled, "Tract No. 651 Knoll Vista Subdivision", which Map was filed for
record in the Office of the Recorder of the County of Santa Clara, State of
California, on October 31, 1949, in Book 24 of Maps, at page 39; thence Easterly
along the Northerly and Northeasterly line of Adriana Avenue on a curve to the
right, with a radius of 40.00 feet, through an angle of 68°26'10", for a distance
of 47.78 feet to a 2" x Z" stake at the true point of beginning of the ease-
ment to be described; thence from said true point of beginning North 15°35'
East 70.00 feet; thence North 10°35'44" West 374.14 feet to a 2" x 2" stake
set in the Southwesterly line of lands and right of way of the Southern Pacific
Railroad Company; thence Northwesterly along said last mentioned line, on a
curve to the left, from a tangent bearing North 29°05'17" West, with a radius
of 3819.75 feet, through a central angle of 4°43'26", for an arc distance of
314.93 feet to a bar set in the Northerly prolongation of the Westerly line of
said Tract No. 651 above referred to and the terminus of said easement.
