A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
ACCEPTING GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR ROADWAY PURPOSES FROM
ELDON R. HOFFMAN CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY .0774 ACRES,
LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF N. DE ANZA BLVD. JUST SOUTH-
ERLY OF ~1ARIAN~ AVENUE
WHEREAS, Eldon R. Hoffman has executed a Grant of Easement for Roadway
Purposes which is in good and sufficient form granting to the City of Cupertino,
County of Santa Clara, State of California, easement over certain real property
for roadway purposes, situate in the City of_ Cupertino, more particularly des-
cribed in Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B", attached hereto and made a part hereof,
which is as follows:
All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino,
County of Santa Clara, State of California, consisting of approx-
imately .0774 acres on the west side of N. De Anza Blvd. just
southerly of Mariani Avenue.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Cupertino accept said
grant so tendered; and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk be and he is hereby authorized
to record said dedication and this Resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Cupertino this 18th day of January , 1977, by the following vote:

~ A"Yl that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino, County of
Santa Clara, State of California, more particularly described as follows:
Being a portion of that certain parcel of land described in the Deed recorded
in Book 4653 of Official Records at page 381, Santa Clara County Records, more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the most southeasterly corner of Parcel No. 7, as said parcel is
shown on the Record of Survey, recorded in Book 316 of Maps at pages 46 and 47,
Santa Clara County Records, said corner being on the westerly line of Saratoga-
Sunnyvale Road; thence along the southerly line of said parcel, S 89° 52' 24" W,
20.00 feet to a point on a line that is parallel with and 20.00 feet westerly
(measured at right angles) from said westerly line of Saratoga-Sunnyvale Road;
thence leaving said southerly line along said parallel line N 0° 05' 29" W,
168.65 feet; thence N 89° 52' 24" E, 20.00 feet to a point on the easterly line
of said parcel No. 7; thence along said easterly line S 0° 05' 29" W, 168.65
feet to the point of beginning.
