CC Resolution No. 4307 I ~ ` RESOLUTION N0. 4307 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF FEE TITLE TO PARCEL A OF TRACT 5873 FROM LOHR-TURGEON DEVELOPMENT CORP., INC., SCENIC BOULEVARD AND PALM AVENUE WHEREAS, there were certain conditions imposed on Tract No. 5873; and WHEREAS, one condition outlined the granting of certain areas within the boundary of the tract to the City of Cupertino; and WHEREAS, the developer has agreed to grant to the City of Cupertino fee title to that certain parcel entitled, "Parcel A", as described in the attached Exhibit "A" and "B"; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City accept the grant of fee title from Saratoga Foothills Development Corp., DBA Lohr-Turgeon Development Corp., involving said Parcel A, and authorize the City Clerk to record the deed upon presentation along with a copy of this resolution.
