RESOLUTION N0. 4250
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED OF REAL PROPERTY FOR ROADWAY PUR-
POSES FROD4 GEORGE W. MITCHELL AND AIDA MITCHELL; LOCATED
ALONG DE ANZA BOULEVARD SOUTH OF MCCLELLAN ROAD
WHEREAS, the City has approved the acquisition of real property from
George W. Mitchell and Aida Mitchell for roadway purposes; and
WHEREAS, George W. Mitchell and Aida Mitchell have executed a grant of
deed which is in good and sufficient form granting to the City of Cupertino,
CounCy of Santa Clara, StaCe of California, the fee title to certain real property
to be utilized for roadway purposes situate in the City of Cupertino, more
particularly described in Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B", attached hereto and
made a part hereof;
All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino,
County of Santa Clara, State of California, consisting of
approximately 0.05 acre located along De Anza Boulevard south
of McClellan Road.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Cupertino accept said
grant so tendered; and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he is hereby authorized
to record said Grant of Deed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
of Cupertino this 8th day of September , 1976, by the following vote:

~ Grant Deed - Mitchell
Al1 that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino,
. County of Santa Clara, State of California, more particularly described
as follows:
. A portion of Lot 10 as shown on that certain Tract No. 420, Felton
Park, Subdivision Unit. No. 1, recorded in Book 13 of Maps at Page 12,
~ in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Santa Clara on
April 1, 1947;
A strip of land 20.00 feet in width, the Easterly line being the
Easterly line of said Lot 10, N. 0° 04' E. a distance of 115.00 feet.
Cantaining 0.05 Acres more or less.
Together with a five foot (5') temporary work easement, for the purpose
of installation of public improvements, adjacent to and westerly of the
wes terly boundary of said real property.
