. A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
ACCEPTINr, A GRANT DEED OF REAL PROPERTY FOR ROADWAY PUR-
POSES FROM JACK LEROY CULVER AND JOA1V EILEEN CULVER; .~042
ACRE MORE OR LESS LOCATED ALONG DE ANZA BOULEVARD SOUTH OF
MC CLELLAN ROAD
WHEREAS, the City has approved the acquisition of real p.roperty from
Jack Leroy Culver and Joan Eileen.Culver for roadway purposes; and
~ WHEREAS, Jack Leroy Culver and Joan Eileen Culver have executed a
grant of deed which is in good and sufficient form granting to the~City of
Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California, the fee title to
certain real property to be utilized for roadway purposes situated in the
' City of Cupertino, more particularly described in Exhibit "A" and Exhibit
"B", attached hereto and made a part hereof:
All that certain real property situate in the City of
Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California,
consisting of approximately .042 acre located along De
Anza Boulevard south of McClellan Road.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Cupertino accept said
grant so tendered; and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he is hereby authorized
to record said Grant of Deed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
of Cupertino on the 30th day of June , 1976, by the following vote:
