RESOLUTION N0. 4200
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CUPERTINO ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED OF REAL
~ PROPERTY FOR ROADWAY PURPOSES FROM JAMES WILLIAM
DVORAK AND EDITH K. DVORAK; .02 ACRE MORE OR
LESS LOCATED ALONG DE ANZA BOULEVARD SOUTH OF
MC CLELLAN ROAD
WHEREAS, the City has approved the acquisition of real property from
James William Dvorak and Edith K. Dvorak for roadway purposes; and
WHEREAS, James William Dvorak and Edith K. Dvorak have executed a grant of
deed w~iich is in good and sufficient form granting to the Cit~~ of Cupertino,
County of Santa Clara, State of California, the fee title to certain real prop-
erty to be utilized for roadway purposes situated in the City of Cupertino,
more particularly described in Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B", attached hereto and
made a part hereof:
All that certain real property situate in the City of
Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California,
consisting of approximately .02 acre located along 11e
Anza Bouleva~d south of McClellan Road.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Cupertino accept said
grant so tendered; and ~ •
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he is hereby authorized
to record said Grant of Deed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
of Cupertino on the 30th. day of June , 1976, by the following vote:
