CC Resolution No. 4171 ,r , ~ ~ RESOLUTION N0. 4171 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO MAKING ITS ORDER DESCRIBING THE BOL'NDARIES DESIGNATED AS "SONDENO 75-6" TO BE ANNEXED TO THE CITY AND ORDERING AN- NEXATIONS TO THE CITY WITFiOUT PUBLIC HEARING AS PROVIDED BY Lak'; APPROXIMATELY 1.015 ACRES, LOCATED ON TAE SOUT~: SIDE OF SAN JUAN BETWEEN CORDOVA AND EL CERRITO ROADS WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Annexation of L'ninhabited Territory Act of 1939, proceedings have been initiated by the City Council, at the request of all the owners of the real property situate in the property ~ hereinafter described, on its own motion to annex to the City all of that uninhabited territory situate in the County of Santa Clara, State of California hereby designated as "Sondeno 75-6"; and WHEREAS, the Santa Clara County Local Agency Formatioa Commission, by Resolution No. 76-99 adopted the 5th day of May, 1976, has authorized the City of Cupertino to annex the territory described in Exhibit "A", and as shown on the map in Exhibit "B", designated as "Sondeno 75-6", without notice, hearing or election in accordance with the District Reorganization Act of 1965; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is to the best interest of the City and of the territory proposed to be annexed that the territory be annexed wi~thout public hearing; ~ NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the territory described in Exhibit "A" and as shown on the map in Exhibit "B", attached hereto an'd made part hereof, is hereby annexed to the City of Cupertino. No. 417I All that certain real property situate in the County of Santa Clara, State of California, more particularly described as follows: ' Portion of Lots 299, 300, and 303, as shown upon. that certain Map entitled, "Map of Inspiration Heights, Monta Vista", which Map was filed for record in the office of the Recorder of the County of Santa Clara, State',of California, on April 11, 1917 in Book "P" of Maps, at page 14, and more particularly des- cribed as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the centerlines of Cordova Road and San Juan Road and Elena Road as shown on that certain Record of Survey which was filed for record in the office of the Recorder of the County of Saata Clara, State of California, on November 24, 1965, in Book 202 of Maps at page 49, said point also being the most southerly corner of that certain parcel of land annexed to the City of Cupertino by Ordinance No. 427 entitled "Cordova 68-9"; Thence S. 81°20' E., 173.21 feet along the centerline of San Juan Road as shown on said Record of Survey, said line also being a southerly line of said annexation "Cordova 68-9"; Thence S. 20°20' E., b3.00 feet along the centerline of E1 Cerrito Road as showa on said Record of Survey; ` ~ Thence S. 47°45'30" W., 305.58 feet along the common line of lots 300 and 301 and its prolongation as shown on said Map of Inspiration Heights, Monta Vista; Thence N. 40°29'10" W., 159.46 feet to the southeasterly corner of that cer- tain parcel of land described in the Deed from Clair M.
