A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
ACCEPTING GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR ROADWAY PURPOSES FROM
CHARLES E. DAVIS AND GOLDIE DAVIS, HIS WIFE, AS JOINT
TENANTS, AS TO AN UNDIVIDED ONE-HALF INTEREST AND JOHN
W. RINTALA AND SHARON J. RINTALA, HIS WIFE AS JOINT TEN-
ANTS, AS TO AN UNDIVIDED ONE-HALF INTEREST, LOCATED ALONG
THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF FOOTHILL BOULEVARD AND SANTA
PAULA AVENUE
WHEREAS, Charles E. Davis and Goldie Davis and John W. Rintala and
Sharon J. Rintala have executed a Grant of Easement for Roadway Purposes which
is in good and sufficient form granting to the City of Cupertino, County of
Santa Clara, State of California, easement over certain real property for road-
way purposes, situate in the City of Cupertino, more particularly described
in Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B", attached hereto and made a part hereof, which
is as follows:
All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino,
County of Santa Clara, State of California, consisting of approxi-
mately 0.1021 acres southerly of Santa Paula Avenue and easterly
of Foothill Boulevard.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Cupertino accept said
grant so tendered; and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he is hereby authorized
to record said dedication and this Resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at•a regular meeting of the City Council of the City

All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino, County of
Santa Clara, State of California and being a portion of lots 37 and 38 as said
lots are shown upon that map entitled, "Map of Las Palmas, Monta Vista" recorded
April 11, 1917 in Book "P" of maps at page 17 Santa Clara County Records and
described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeasterly corner of said lot 38, said corner being on
the southerly line of Santa Paula Avenue (40 feet wide) as said Avenue is
shown upon said map; thence N. 89°53' W., along said Southerly line and along
the Northerly line of said lots 37 and 38, a distance of 189.95 feet (185.24 feeC
record) to the beginning of a tangent curve to the left; thence Westerly,
Southwesterly and Southerly along said curve having a radius of 15 feet, a
central angle of 90°00' and an arc length of 23.56 feet; thence S. 0°07' W.,
along the Westerly line of said lot 37 and along the Easterly line of Foothill
Blvd. (formerly called Mt. View-Stevens Creek Road) as shown upon said map,
85.12 feet; thence S. 89°53' E., along the Southerly line of said lot 37,
a distance of 25.00 feet to a line parallel with and distant 25.00 feet Easterly
measured at right angles from said Easterly line of Foothill Blvd.; thence N
0°07' E., along said parallel line, 60.12 feet to the beginning of a tangent
curve to the right; thence Northerly, Northeasterly and Easterly along said
curve having a radius of 30.00 feet a central angle of 90° 00' and an arc length
of 47.12 feet to a line parallel with and distant 10.00 feet Southerly measured
at right angles from said Southerly line of Santa Paula Avenue; thence S 89°53'
E., along said parallel line, 149.95 feet to the easterly line of said lot
