RESOLUTION N0. 4119
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
ACCEPTING A GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR WALKWAY PURPOSES FROM
JEROME HESS AND HELEN HESS, FONTAINBLEU APARTMENTS, FROM
CALABAZAS CREEK TO SORENSON AVENUE
WHEREAS, Jerome Hess and Helen Hess, Fontainbleu Apartments, Grantor,
have executed a Grant of Easement which is in good and sufficient form,
conveying to the City of Cupertino, Grantee, an easement for walkway purposes
over the property situate in the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara,
State of California, more particularly described in Exhibit "A" and Ex-
hibit "B", attached hereto and made a part hereof;
All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino,
County of Santa Clara, State of California, consisting of approxi-
mately 0.105 acre, from Calabazas Creek to Sorenson Avenue.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Cupertino accept said
Grant so tendered; and
~ IT IS FURTAER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he is hereby auth-
orized to record said Grant of Easement and this Resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at~a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
of Cupertino on the 18th day of Februar~ , 1976, by the following

All that certain real property situated in the City of Cupertino, County
of Santa Clara, State of California more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the most northeasterly corner of that certain parcel "A"
as described in that certain deed filed in the office of the Santa Clara
County Recorder, in Book 6041 at Page 593, said point is also the Crue point
of beginning for this description;
Thence along the southerly line of Lot 11, as said lot is shoc,m upon that
certain Tract Map 1181, "Yeeland Heights" recorded in Book 95 of Maps at
Pages 38 and 39, N 89° 30' 00" E, a distance of 100.00 ft.;
Thence leaving the last mentioned course and continuing in a southeasterly
direction, S 45° 30` 00" E, a distance of 12.00 feet;
Thence N 89° 30' 00" E, a distance of 24.71 feet to the westerly R/W of
Craft Drive (60.0 wide).
Thence along a curve concave to the left, said curve being westerly from a
tangent that bears N 12° 44' S0" W, having a radius of 40.00 feet, thru
a central angle of 15° 16' 39", for an arc length of 10.67 feet.
Thence continuing in a westerly direction, S 89° 30' W, a distance of
32.471 feet;
Thence N 45° 30' W, a distance of 12.00';
Thence running parallel with and at a perpendicular distance of 10.00 feet
from the southerly line of Lot 11, as Lot 11 is described above, S 89° 30'
W, a distance of 99.882 feet to a point on the easterly line of parcel "A"
as parcel "A" is described above;
Thence along a curve concave to the left, from a tangent that bears N 21°
57' 25" E, having a radius of 550.00 feet thru a central angle of 1° 07'
22" for an arc length of 10.78 feet to the true point of beginning.
Containing 0.105 acres more or.less.
