A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
ACCEPTING QUITCLAIM DEED OF REAL PROPERTY FROM CLIFFORD J.
SIMMS, LOCATED ALONG MC CLELLAN ROAD AT STEVENS CREEK,
CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY .044 ACRES
WHEREAS, Clifford J. Simms has executed a Quitclaim Deed which is in good
and sufficient form quitclaiming to the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara,
State of California, the title to certain real property, situate in the City
of Cupertino, more particularly described in Exhibits "A" and "B", attached hereto
and made a part hereof, which is as follows:
All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino,
County of Santa Clara, State of California, consisting of approxi-
mately .044 acres, located along McClellan Road at Stevens Creek.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Cupertino accept said
quitclaim so tendered; and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he is hereby authorized
to record said quitclaim and this resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
of Cupertino this 19th day of January , 1976, by the following vote:

All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino, County of Santa
Clara, State of California, described as follows:
BEING A PORTION of Lot or Section numbered 83 of Maps, entitled, "MAP OF MONTA
VISTA PARK", filed for record April 11, 1917 in the Office of the County Recorder
of Santa Clara County, California, in Book "P" of Maps, at Page 19 and a portion
of the Northeast Quarter of Section 22, T. 7S., R. 2 W., M.D.B.&M, more particu-
larly described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pipe set at the point of intersection of the Northeasterly
line of McClellan Road, (40.00 feet in width) with the centerline of Stevens
Creek;
thence from said point of beginning, North 54° 03' 06" West, 121.00 feet along
said Northerly line of McClellan Road as described in Decree Establishing Fact
of Death and Terminating Joint Tenancy No. 67660, a Certified Copy of which was
recorded August 21, 1967 in Book 7828 of Official Records, Page 169, Clifford
J. Simms, Surviving Joint Tenant;
thence North 35° 56' S4" East, a distance of 16.00 feet;
thence South 54° 03' 06" East, a distance of 54.93 feet to a point of beginning
of a tangent curve to the left;
thence along said tangent curve to the left having a radius of 115.00 feet through
a central angle of 13° 45' 00" for an arc length of 27.60 feet;
thence South 67° 48' 06" East, a distance of 14.00 feet to the intersection of
a Southeasterly line of said lands of Simms as described in said Deed;
thence South 12° 03' 36" East, a distance of 33.82 feet along said Southeasterly
line to the Point of Beginning.
