A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL Ok' THE CITY OF CU~.'ERTINO
ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF REAL PROPERTY FOR ROADWAY PUR-
POSES FROM ESTATE HOMES, INC., A CALIFORNIA CORPORATION,
LOCATED ON MARY AVENUE NORTH OF ROUTE 280 CONSISTING OF
~ APPROXIMATELY 1.6204 ACRES
WHEREAS, Estate Homes, Inc., a California Corporation, has executed a
dedication which is in good and sufficient form granting to the City of Cupertino,
County of Santa Clara, State of California, the fee title to certain real property
for roadway purposes, situate in the City of Cupertino, more particularly des-
cribed in Exhibits "A" and "B", attached hereto and~made a part hereof, which
is as follows:
All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino
County of Santa Clara, State of California, consisting of approx-
imately 1.6204 acres, located on Mary Avenue north of Route 280;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Cupertino accept said grant
so tendered; and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he is hereby authorized
to record said dedication and this resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
of Cupertino this 2nd day of September , 1975, by the following vote:

All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupe~rtino, County of
Santa Clara, State of California, described as follows:
Commencing at the intersection of the centerline of Homestead Road with the
Northerly prolongation of the Easterly line of Tract No. 4465, "Rancho Sans
Souci", a map of which was filed on March 26, 1968, in Book 235 of maps, at Page
20, Santa Clara County Records, State of California, said intersection being
the 1/4 section corner in the center of Section 11, Township 7 South, Range 2
West, M.D.B. & M.; thence South 0° 09' 10" East along said prolongation and
Easterly line 734.69 feet to the true point of beginning and being the South- "
easterly corner of said Tract No. 4465; thence South 0° 09' 10" East along the
Southerly prolongation of.said Easterly line 560.49 feet to the Northerly right-
of-way line of the lands of the State of California; thence South 75° OS' 49"
West along said right-of-way line, 150.00 feet; thence North 4° 09' 04" East,
600.36 feet to the Southerly line of said tract No. 4465; thence North 98° 50`
15" East, along said Southerly line 100.00 feet to the true point of beginning.
Containing an area of 1.6204 acres more or less.
