ACCEPTING GRANT OF EASEPi~NT FOR ROADjJAY PURPOSES FROM
DOWN~Y SAVINGS AND LOAN I:SSOCIATION CONSISTING OI' APPRO:~-
IMAT~LY 0.11 ACRES, LOCATED ALONG THE jdEST SID~ OF SARA-
~ TOGA-SUNNYVALE ROAD NORTH OF MC CLELLAN ROAD
[JHEREAS, Dot~Tney Savings and Loan Association has executed a Grant of ~ase-
ment for Roadway Purposes which is in good and sufficient forn granting to the
City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California, easement over
certain real property for roadway purposes, situate in the City of Cupertino,
• more particularly described in Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B",.attached hereto and .
made a pa.rt hereof, which ~.s as follows: •
All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino,
County of Santa Clara, State of California, consisting of approx-
imately 0.11 acres on the west side. of Saratoga-Sunnyvale Road
. ~ north of McClellan Road; ~ ~
NOW, THEREFOR~, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Cupertino ~ccept said
grant so tandered; and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk be and he is hereby authorized
to record said d~dication aud this Resolution. ~
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City .
of Cupertino this 2nd ;day of September , 1975, by the follotaing vote:
