WI~IEitLAS, Robert if. Gregory and Pamela J. Gregory have executed a Grant
of Easement for Road~aay Purposes which is in good and sufficient form granting
to the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California, easemenC
over certain real property for road~oay purposes, situate in the City of Cuper-
~ tino, more particularly described in ~xhibit "A" and Etihibit "B", attached
hereto and made a part hereof, which is as follows:
All that certain real property situate in the Citv of Cupertino,
County of Santa Clara, State of California, consisCing of approx-
imately 0.048 acres along the southwest corner of San Leandro
Avenue and Santa Paula Avenue.
NOW, THEREFORE, 33E IT RESOLVED, that the City of Cupertino accept said
grant so tendered; and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk be and he is hereby authorized
to record said dedication and this Resolution. ~
PASSED A.ND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
of Cupertino this 18th day of Au~ust , 1975, by the follo~aing vote:

All tl?at certain real property situated in the County of Santa Clara, State
of California, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the northwest property corner of lot 40 as shown on that certain
map entitled "Map of Las Palmas, Monta Vista", which map was filed for record
in the Office of the Recorder of the County of Santa Clara, State of California,
on April 11, 1917, in Eook "P" of Maps, at page 17, said corner also being the
True Point of Beginning of this description;
Thence along the southerly right-of-way line of Santa Paula Avenue as shown
on said map, S. 89° 53' E., 85.12 ft.;
Thence along a tangent curve to the right having a radius of 15.00 ft. through
a central angle of 90° 00' 00" for an arc length of 23.56 ft.;
Thence along the westerly right-of-way line of San Leandro Avenue as sho;an on
said map, S. 00° 07' W., 110.12 ft. to the northeast corner of lot 41, said
corner also being the southeast corner of the lot joined by lots 40 and 42A,
as described in the deed to Robert M, and Pamela J. Gregory, dated March 6,
1975, recorded in Book 310 of Official Records at page 656;
Thence along the North property line of lot 41 as shown on said maP, said property
line is also the southerly property line of the joined lot, as described in
said deed, N. 89° 53' W., 10.00 ft.;
Thence along a line parallel to and distant easterly ten feet, measured at right
angles, from the westerly right-of-way line of San Leandro Avenue, N. 00° 07' E.,
95.12 ft.;
Thence along a tangent curve to the left having a radius of 20.00 ft. through a
central angle of 90° 00' for an arc length of 31.42 ft.;
Thence along a line parallel to and distant southerly ten feet, measured at
right angles, from the southerly right-of-way line of Santa Paula Avenue,
N. 89~ 53' W., 80.12 ft. to an intersecCion with the easterly property line
of lot 39, said line also being the westerly line of lot 40 as shoian on said
map and described in said deed.
