B~LL, SAN JL1AN ROAD WI~iER~AS, David Campbell and Thelma Campbell have executecl a"Quitcl~im Deed and Authorization", which is in good and sufficient form, quitclaiming all their rights in and authorizing the City o~ Cupertino, County of. Sant-a . Clara, State of California, to e~tract water from the underground basin, under- lying that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertina, more par- ticularly described in the attached Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B". NOid, TH1;R~FORE, BE IT R~SOLVED that the City of Cupertino accept said '"Quitclaim Deed and Authroization" so tendered; and IT IS FURTHER R~SOLVED that the Citv Clerlc be and he is hereby authorized to record said "Quitclaim Deed and ~lutfiorization" and this Resolution. No. 3999 All that~certain real property situate in the County of Santa Clara, State of ~ California, described as follows: That portion of Lots 159, 160, 171, 172 and 173, as shown upon that certain map entitled, "Map of InsPiration Heights, Monta Vista", which map was f.i7_ed f.or record April 11, 1917 in the Office of the County Recorder of~Santa Clara County, California, in Book "P" of Maps, at page 13, more particularly described as follows: .
