WI~iER~AS, David Campbell and Thelma Campbell have executecl a"Quitcl~im
Deed and Authorization", which is in good and sufficient form, quitclaiming
all their rights in and authorizing the City o~ Cupertino, County of. Sant-a
. Clara, State of California, to e~tract water from the underground basin, under-
lying that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertina, more par-
ticularly described in the attached Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B".
NOid, TH1;R~FORE, BE IT R~SOLVED that the City of Cupertino accept said
'"Quitclaim Deed and Authroization" so tendered; and
IT IS FURTHER R~SOLVED that the Citv Clerlc be and he is hereby authorized
to record said "Quitclaim Deed and ~lutfiorization" and this Resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
of Cupertino this day of ~„tr„~t , 1975, by Lhe following vote:

All that~certain real property situate in the County of Santa Clara, State of ~
California, described as follows:
That portion of Lots 159, 160, 171, 172 and 173, as shown upon that certain
map entitled, "Map of InsPiration Heights, Monta Vista", which map was f.i7_ed
f.or record April 11, 1917 in the Office of the County Recorder of~Santa Clara
County, California, in Book "P" of Maps, at page 13, more particularly described
as follows: .
Commencing at the westerly corner of Lot 170, as said ].ot is shown upon said ~
map, said point being one corner of that certain parcel of land a.nnexed to
the City of Cupertino by Ordinance No. 427 entitled "Cordova 68-9";
thence from said point of commencement South 65~ 15' East along the southerly
line of a portion of Lots 170 and 171, for a distance of 84.17 feet to the ~
~ TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING, said line also being a point on northerly line of that
certain parcel of land annehed to the City of Cupertino by Ordinance No. 233
entitled "San Juan. 63-1".; '
thence North 44° 58' ~ast for a distance of 317.05 feet along the westerly
line of that certain parcel of land described in deed recorded in book 3130
at page 242 and 243 to a point on the northerly line of said Lot 160 aforesaid;
thence South 44° 58' East a].ong portions of the northerly line of Lots 160 and
159, for a distance of 96.28 feet, along line described in saifl deed;
thence South 44~ 58' ~Jest a distance of 275.09 feet, along the easterly line
described in said deed;
thence South 28° 51' ~ast a distance of 7.99 feet along the easterly line des-
~ cribed in said deed, to the point of intersection witli the northerly li.ne
of San Juan Road as shown on said map; ~
thence North 65° 51` [dest along the southerly line of a portion of Lot ].73,
