A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
MODIFYING EXISTING AIR RIGHTS AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY
OF CUPERTINO AND VALLCO PARK, LTD. TO INCLUDE FOOTING
EASEMENT
WHEREAS, the City Council did authorize on October 8, 1974 the execution
of an Air Rights Agreement by and between Vallco Park, Ltd., a California
Limited partnership, and the City of Cupertino; and
WHEREAS, said agreement allows for further definition of easements as
required by either party; and
WHEREAS, Vallco Park, Ltd. requests the incorporation of legal descrip-
tion on Wolfe Road to clarify the extent of easements; ~
NOW,.THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby
authorized to execute the Supplement to Agreement in behalf of the City of
Cupertino and have said Supplement to Agreement recorded.

of Cupertino this day of AuQust , 1975, by the following vote:
