CC Resolution No. 3971 ~ RESOLUTION N0. 3971 " A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO ADOPTING SALARY SCHEDULE AND SCHEDULE OF PAY GRADES FOR , MANAGEMENT DND CONFIDENTIAL EMPLOYEES WHEREAS, improvements in wages, salaries and other terms of employment have been negotiated with represented employee units; and WHEREAS, good management and personnel practices make ad~ustments in the compensation of the unrepresented management and confidential classes desirable; NOW, THEREFORE BE RESOLV~D by the City Council of the City of Cupertino that: 1. The Schedule of Pay Grades applicable to all management and confidential classes subject to the Pay Plan of the Personnel Code shown as Attachment "A", reflecting an eight percent (8%) increase in each sCep of each grade, is hereby adopted and ordered implemented effective June 25, 1975. 2. The Salary Schedule "A" appl.icabl~ to those full-time positions exempt from the Pay Plan of the Personnel Code shown as Attachment "B", which reflects an eight percent (8%) increase staff salary, is hereby adopted and ordered implemented effective June 25, 1975.
