RESOLVED by the City Council~of the City of Cupertino, California, that
Change Order No. 3 for additions and deletions to work which has been approved
by the City Manager and the Director of Public Works and this day presented
to this Council, be, and it is hereby approved in connection with pro~ect known
as
MEMORIAL PARK PHASE II
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
