CC Resolution No. 3950 RESOLUTION N0. 3950 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO ADOPTING A SCHEDULE OF PAY GRADES APPLICABLE TO THE CLA$SES OF POSITIONS DESIGNATED AS WITHIN THE PUBLIC WORKS UNIT WHEREAS, it is necessary to revise the Schedule of Pay Grades appropriate for classes in the Public Works Unit as a result of approved Memorandum of Understanding; and WHEREAS, a revised Schedule of Pay Grades has been prepared reflecting the necessary changes has been prepared and is attached hereto a5 Attachment "A"; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Cupertino to adopt the attached Schedule of Pay Grades for the Public Works Unit.
