CC Resolution No. 3942 . r RESOLUTION N0. 3942 A RESOINTZON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO APPROVING FINAL MAP AND IMPROVEMENT PLAN5, BANDLEY DRIVE SOUTHERLY OF VALLEY GREEN DRIVE WESTERLY OF SAR.ATOGA~ SUNNYVALE RO.AD: DEVELOPER, SOBRATO-BERG PROPERTIES: AUTHORIZING THE CITY ENGINEER TO SIGN THE FINAL MAP AND IMPROVEMENT PLANS: AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT IN CONNECTION TH~REWITH WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council for approval of rhe final map and final plan for Bandley Drive southerly of Valley Green Drive and westerly of Saratoga-Sunnyvale Road by So6rato-~erg Properties; and WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council a proposed agreement for the construction of streets, curbs, gutters, sidewalks, and for other improvements, and good and sufficient bonds, fees and deposits as set forCh in Exhibit "A" having been presented for the faithful performance of said work and the carrying out of said agreement; and said plan, a~reement, and bonds having been approved by the City Attorney; NOW, TAEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said final map and final plan of Bandley Drive southerly of Valley Green Drive and westerly of Saratoga- Sunnyvale Road be and the same are hereby approved; and the City Engineer is hereby authorized to sign said final map and final plan; and the Mayor and Che City Clerlc are hereby authonized to execute the agreement herein referred to in behalf of the City of CuperCino PASSED AND ADOPTED ati a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Cuper~inoAon this 3rd day of June , 1975, by the following vote: .
