A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THfi CITY OF CUPERTINO
~ ACCEPTING A GRANT OF ~ASEMENT FOR STORM DRAIN PURPOSES
FROM FIRST CALIFORNIA TITLE COMPANY; TRACT N0. 5561, LOT 2
BAXLEY COURT
WfiEREAS, First California Title Company, Grantor, has
executed a Grant of Easement which is in good and sufficient
form, conveying to the City of Cupertino, Grantee, an,~easement for
storm drain purposes over the property situate 3n the City of
Cupertino, County of SanCa C1.ara, State of California, more
particularly described in ExhibiC "A" and Exhibit "B", attached
hereto and made a part thereof:
A].1 that certain real property situate in the City
of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California,
consisting of approximately 0.012 acre, located along Lot
2, Tract No. 5561.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Cupertino
accept said Grant so tendered; and
IT IS FURTH~R RESOLVED that the City C1erk be and he is
hereby authorized to record said Grant of Easement and this
Resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council
of Che City of Cupertino this 5th day of May ,
1975, by the foLlowing vote:
