A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF :.CUPERTINO
ACCEPTING A GRANT OF~EASEMENT FOR STORM DRAIN PURPOSES FROM
DITZ-CRANE, A CALIFORNIA CORPORATION, TRACT 5550, " MONTE-
BELLO W~ST LOT~ 51
WHEREAS, D3.tz-Crane, a California Corporation,'Grantor, has
execuCed a Grant of Easement which is in good and sufficient form,
conveying to ~he C3ty of Cupertino, Grantee, an easemenC for storm
drain purposes over the property situate in the City of Cupertino,
County of Santa Clara, State of California, more particul.arly described
in Exhibit "A" and Exhiliit "B", attached hereto and made a part hereo~;
All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino,
County of Santa C1ara, Sta~e of California, consisting of
approximately 0.015 acre, located within Tract 5550,
Montebello West, Lot 51
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Ci~y of Cupertino
accept said Grant so tendered; and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the City C].erk be and he is hereby
authorized to record said Grant of Easement and this Resolution.

Beginning at the Southwesterly corner of Lot 51 as said Lot'is shown
on that certain map entitled "Tract No. 5550 Montebel.lo West", filed
in Book 344 of Maps at pages 20 and 21, Santa Clara County Records;
thence from said POINT OF BEGINNING along tlie Westerly line of said
Lot N. t3~ 06' 4Z" E, 5.00 ft; thence para11e1 with the Southerly
line of said Lot S 83° 53' 13" E, 135.34 ft to the Easterly line of
said Lot, lieing the Westerly line of Palo Vista Road; thence along
