A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF
CUPERTINO AND ALICE P. SIEGRIST PROVIDING FOR DEFERRED
UNDERGROUNDING OF UTILITY LINES ALONG PROPERTY FRONTING
SAR.ATOGA-SUNNYVALE ROAD AT RODRIGUES AVENUE AND AUTHORIZ-
ING THE CITY ENGINEER TO SIGN THE PARCEL MAP
WHEREAS, Alice P. Siegrist, hereinaf~ter referred to as "Developer",
desires to develop her property at the northwest corner of Saratoga-Sunnyvale
Road and Rodrigues Avenue; and
WHEREAS, Developer wishes to defer the undergrounding of utility line
fronting Saratoga-Sunnyvale Road as authorized by the City in conjunction with
Application No. 19-TM-73; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been presented to the City Council providing
for the deferred undergrounding of utility lines at the sole cost of the
Developer all as more fully outlined in said agre~ement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City Clerk are
hereby authorized to execute the agreement herein referred to in behalf of the
City of Cupertino; and the City Engineer is hereby authorized to sign the parcel
ma.p in conjunction with the property herein referred to.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is authorized to file said
agreement with the Santa Clara County Recorder.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the Citv
of Cupertino this 22nd day of April , 1975, by the following vote:
