RESOLVED, by the Cit;y Council of the City of Cupertino, California,

of Intention No. 3875.2 L-o acquire and construct public improvements in
and for the City of Cupert;ino; . . .
WHt~RF,AS, on June 1975, this Council adopLed a resolution
~ appointing time and place of hearing protests in relation to the pro-
posed acquisitions and improvements and directing notice;
WHE}~:AS, notice tiaas given of the time and place therein stated in
the manner provided by law, as appear from the certificates on file in
~ the office of the City Clerk;

not signed by the ow:~ers of a majority or mcre of the area of the lands
within ~ne 2ssessrnent district, or of the area of tne lands within the
assessrnent district assessed for the cos~s and expenses of said acqui-
sitions~~and improvements. ~
, 2. That said protests be, and each of them are hereby overruled.
