RESOLUTION N0. 3875.16
• A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
APPROVING CERTIFICATE OF COST AND DIRECTING PAYMENT FOR
VALLCO~PARK ASSESSMENT DISTRICT N0. 1974-4
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Cupertino,
California, that •
WHEREAS, the Engineer of Work in proceedings being conducted by
this Council pursua.nt to Resolution of Intention No. 3875.2 adopted
March 17, 1975, has prepared a.nd filed with the City C1'erk a Certifi-
cate as to the cost of constructing the first phase of improvements
being acqitired by the City of Cupertino in said proceedings, a copy
of which Certificate is hereto attached and incorporated herein by
reference; and . ~
WHEREAS, said Certificate has been approved by the Public Works
Director;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that the amounts set forth in said ~
Certificate are hereby approved for payment out of the Construction
Fund for said project without further action by this Council; provided,
that any a.nd all a.mounts p.rovided by said Certificate to be paid to
Vallco Fashion Park Venture shall be paid to the Bank of America
National Trust and Savings Association, Sa.n Francisco Main Office,
• pursuant to Assignments of Bond Proceeds by Vallco Fashion Park Venture
to Stone & Youngberg and by S.tone a.nd Youngberg to said Ba.nk, copies
of which assignments are of record with the Director of Finance of
~ the City of Cupertino.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
of Cupertino this 2nd day ~of February , 1976 , by the following vote:

mains, the fountain, other surface lan.dscaping features in Wolfe Road,
as follows:
1. The widening arid improving of Wolfe Road to a taidth of eight
~ (8) lanes from Vallco Parkway to Interstate.280. .
2. Modification of signalization and median opening construction
as outlined in-the de Leuw-Cather report of~May 24; 1973: ~

~ 3. Installation of a multi-phase trafYic signal and intersecta.on
cons.trucLion.~nd modification to include all restriping neces-
sary along Stevens Creek Boulevard, all at Stevens Creek . ,
Boulevard west of.Wolfe Road (perimeter road). . ~

4. Elimination~of the e~isting median opening just east of Sears
Automotive Center.
5. Construction of cul-de-sacs as approved by the Director of
' Public Works at the termini of Auburn Drive, Merritt Drive
