CC Resolution No. 3873.25 y ~ ~ ~ ~ RESOLUTION N0. 3873.25 , A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO ACCEPTIIdG GRANT DEED OF P.EAL PROPERTY FOR STORi~ DRAIN CHAN- NEL AND AN EASEMENT FOR STORM DRAINAGE FROM VALLCO PARK, LTD., LOCATED BETG7EEN STEVENS CREEK BOULEVARD AiQD ROUTE 280 EAST OF WOLFE ROAD WHEREAS, Vallco Park, Ltd., has executed a Grant Deed which is in good and sufficient form granting to the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California, the fee title to certain real property for storm drain channel purposes; and a Grant of Easement granting to the City of Cupertino easement rights over.certain real property for roadway purposes, all as more particularly described in Exhibits "A" and "B", attached hereto and made a part hereof. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Cupertino accept said grants so tendered; and IT IS FURTHEP. RESOLVED THAT the City Clerk be and he is hereby authorized to record said grants and this resolution.
