, A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
ACCEPTIIdG GRANT DEED OF P.EAL PROPERTY FOR STORi~ DRAIN CHAN-
NEL AND AN EASEMENT FOR STORM DRAINAGE FROM VALLCO PARK,
LTD., LOCATED BETG7EEN STEVENS CREEK BOULEVARD AiQD ROUTE 280
EAST OF WOLFE ROAD
WHEREAS, Vallco Park, Ltd., has executed a Grant Deed which is in
good and sufficient form granting to the City of Cupertino, County of Santa
Clara, State of California, the fee title to certain real property for storm
drain channel purposes; and a Grant of Easement granting to the City of
Cupertino easement rights over.certain real property for roadway purposes,
all as more particularly described in Exhibits "A" and "B", attached hereto
and made a part hereof.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Cupertino accept said
grants so tendered; and
IT IS FURTHEP. RESOLVED THAT the City Clerk be and he is hereby
authorized to record said grants and this resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Cupertino this $th day of November , 1977, by the following

Description of Proposed Easement for
Calabazas Creek and Creek Culvert
All that certain real }~roperty situate in the City of Cupertino, County
of Santa Clara, State of California, described as follows:
Parcel "A"
COMMENCING at the most easterly corner of Parcel 2, being also the
most northerly corner of Parcel 3, as shown upon the Parcel Map,
recorded in Book 325 of Maps at page 12, Records of said County;
thence along'the general northeasterly line of said Parcel 3, S 57°03'49"E,
115.00 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING;
thence continuing along said line S 57°03'49" E, 115.99 feet to an angle
point therein, said point being on a 266.00 radius curve, the radius
po.int of which bears S 77°15'48" E, from this point;
thence northerly along said curve to the right (concave to the east),
through a central angle of 13°32'S8", for an arc length of 62.90 feet
to an angle point in said line; ~
thence continuing along said line, S 57°02'38" E, 43.58 feet;
thence leaving said line, S 32°56'l1" W, 600.12 feet; ,
thence along a tangent curve to the right, having a radius of 3.72.50
feet and a central angle of 27°37'18", for an arc length of 179.58 feet
to a point in the northerly line of the 100.00 foot wide strip noted
as "Future Vallco Parkway" on said Parcel Map; ~
thence along said line, N 58°14'37" W, 86.02 feet to a point hereinaf ter
referred to as "Point P";
thence continuing along said line N 58°14'37" W, 61.08 feet;.
thence leaving said line N 31°45'23" E, 39.48 feet to a point on a
227.50 foot radius curve, the radius point of which bears N 20°15'S4" W
from this point;
thence along said curve to the left (concave to the northwest) through
a central angle of 36°47'S5", for an arc length of 146.11 feet;
thence N 32°56'll" E, 539.09 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING. ~

A strip of land 32.00 feet wide, the centerline of which is described
as follows:
BEGINNING at aforemen~ioned Point P; thence in a southwesterly direction,
along a curve to the right, having a radius of 300.00 feet, concave
to the North, whose radius point bears N 21°30'06" W, through a central
angle of 7°51'S2", an arc length of 41.18 feet to a point of reverse
curvature;
thence along a tangent curve to the left, having a radius of 300.00
feet, through a central angle of 56°21'46", an arc..length of 295.11
feet~to a point of compound curvature;
thence along a tangent curve to the left, having a radius of 800.00
feet, through a central angle of 20°28'16", an arc length of 285.83

Parcel "A" above; and the southerly terminus of said 32.00 foot wide
strip being said northerly line of said Boulevard.
