APPROyING TNSTALLATI;ON OF' A PEDESTRIAN WALKWAY' AD.TACENT
TO CALABAZAS CREEK 'k'ROM MILLER ,AVENUE TO SORENSON AVENUE
WHEREAS, a public hearing to consider the installat~on of a pedestrian
walkway adjacent to Calabazas Creek from Miller Avenue to Sorenson Avenue
was held on February 3, 1975, at a regular meeting of the CityCouncil at 10300
Torre Avenue, Cupertino, California; and
[~iEREAS, it appears that notice tfiereof was du1y~ given as required by law;
and
WHEREAS, from the evidence presented, both oral and documentary, it
appears to be to the best interests of the City to install said pedestrian
walkway;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that:
1. Al1 or any protests against the installation of said walkway are
overruled and denied;
2. The City Council hereby approves the installation of a pedestrian
walkway adjacent to Calabazas Creek from Miller Avenue to Sorenson
Avenue.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:
That the City Clerk be and hereby is instructed and directed to cause a
certified copy of this resolution, attested to and sealed with the official
seal of the City, to be recorded witli the County Recorder of the County of Santa
Clara, California, forthwith.

of Cupertino this 19th day of February , 1975, by the following vote:
