A RESOLUTZON OF THE CITX COUNC~L OF THE CITY 0~ CiT,PERTINO
ACCEPTING A GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR SLOPE PURPOSES ~ROM
PACIFIC GAS AND ELECTRIC COMPANY LOCATID PARALLEL AND
DISTANT WESTERLY FROM 1~IARY AVENUE NEAR ROi1TE 280
WHEREAS, Pacific Gas and.Electric Company, Grantor, will execute a Grant
of Easement which will be in good and sufficient form, conveying to the City
of Cupertino, Grantee, an easement for slope purposes over the property situate
in the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California, more
particularly described in Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B", attached hereto and made
a part hereof:
All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino,
County of Santa Clara, State of California, consisting of approxi-
mately 0.318 acre, located parallel and distant westerly from
Mary Avenue near Route 280.
NO[~T, TI~REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Cupertino accept said
Grant so tendered; and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he is hereby authorized
to record said Grant of Easement and this Resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
of Cupertino on the 3rd day of February , 1975, by the following vote•

All that certain real property situate in th.e C~ty of Cupertino, County of
Santa Clara, State of California, more particularly described as follows:
(APN 326-06-34, S.B.E. 135~43-57 Pcl. 1)
Beginning at the southwest corner of said 0.604 acre parcel of land and running
thence along the soutfierly boundary line of said 2.165 acre parcel of land
(1) south 89~ 47' S6" west 28.89 feet;
thence leaving said southerly boundary line
(2) north 8~ 42' S3" west 307.20 feet
to a point in the northwesterly boundary line of said 2.165 acre parcel of
land; thence running along said northwesterly boundary line
(3) northeasterly on a curve to the right with a radius of 750.00
feet, through a central angle of 5° 15' 28" and tangent at
the southwesterly terminus thereof to a line which has a bearing
of north 45° 46' S3" east, an arc distance of 68.84 feet
to the most westerly corner of said 0.604 acre parcel of land; thence leaving
said northwesterly boundary line and running along the westerly boundary line
of said 0.604 acre parcel of land
(4) southerly on a curve to the left with a radius of 5742.00 feet,
through a central angle of 1° 31' 48" and tangent at the
southerly terminus thereof to the succeeding course, an arc
distance of 153.33 feet; thence
(5) south 4° 16' 06" east 178.96 feet; thence
(6) southerly on a curve to the right with a radius of 5658.00
feet, through a central angle of 0° 10' 47" and tangent at
the northerly terminus thereof to the preceding course, an
arc distance of 17.75 feet, more or less,
