RESOLUTION N0. 3829
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
APPROVING FINAL MAP OF TRACT 5608, GREEIV~:d00D CIRCLE LO-
CATED ON FINCH AVENUE; DEVELOPER, MAY INVESTMENT COMPANY;
ACCEPTING CERTAIN PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENTS; AUTHORIZING
THE CITY ENGIN~ER AND THE CITY CLERK TO SIGN THE FINAL
MAP; AND AUTHORIZING THE AGREEMENT IN
CONNECTION THEREWITH
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council for approval and for
authorization to record final map of Tract 5608, Greenwood Circle located on
Finch Avenue approximately 1400 feet soutlierly of Stevens Creek Boulevard showing
certain avenues, drives, places, and roads, by May Investment Company;
WFi~REAS, there has been presented to the City Council a proposed agreement
for the construction of streets, curbs and gutters, and for other improvements,
and good and sufficient bonds, fees, and deposits as set forth in Exhibit "A",
having been presented for the faithful performance of said work and the carrying
out of said agreement; and said map, agreement, and bonds having been approved
by the City Attorney;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOI,VED that said final map of Tract 5608, Green-
wood Circle, be and the same is hereby approved; and the public service easements
shown thereon be and the same are hereby accepted; and the City Engineer and the
City Clerk are hereby authorized to sign said final map, and the Mayor and the
City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute the agreement herein referred to
in behalf of the City of Cupertino.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Cupertino on the 20th day of Januarv , 1975, by the following vote:
