A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF GRANT DEED OF REAL PROPERTY
TO THE PACIFIC GAS AND ELECTRIC COMPANY - PROPERTY LO-
CATED ON BLANEY AVENUE NEAR ROUTE 280
WHEREAS, the City did authorize, under Resolution No. 3626 the execution of
an agreement calling for transfer of land with Pacific Gas and Electric Company,
and said agreement covered the lands described in E~ibits "A" and "B";
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that••the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby
authorized to execute said conveyance of real property on Blaney Avenue, more
particularly described in Exhibits "A" and "B", in behalf of the City of Cuper-
tino.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
of Cupertino this 20th~ay of Januarv , 1975, by the following vote:

All that certain real property. situate in the City of Cupertino, County of
Santa Clara, State of California, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of that parcel of land described in the Deed
from the State of California to City of Cupertino recorded on October 3, 1966
in Book 7523 of Official Records at Page 263, Santa Clara County Records;
thence N. 79°23'31" W. along the Southerly line of said parcel for a distance
of 51.59 feet; thence continuing along said Southerly line N. 58°04'02" W. for
a distance of 74.67 feet; thence N. 0°46'24" E, for a distance of 69.88 feet;
thence along a tangent curve to the right having a radius of 373.00 feet and a
~ central angle of 16°55'10" for an arc distance of 257.80 feet; thence N. 17~41'34"
E, for a distance of 183.16 feet; thence along a tangent curve to the left having
a radius of 577.00 feet and a central angle of 7°16'S3" for an arc distance of
73.33 feet; thence S. 89°16'47" E. for a distance of 6.23 feet; thence S.
0°43`13" W. along said Easterly line for a distance of 617.95 feet to the Point
of Beginning; containing approximately 1.0808 acres, more or less.
