A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
ACCEPTING GRANT OF E?,SF~lENT FOR ROADWAY PURPOSES FROM
M. & T. INC., A NEVADA CORPORATION CONSISTING OF APPROXI-
MATELY 0.084 ACRES, LOCATED ON EAST.~SIDE"'"OF 'SARATOGA-
SUNNYVALE ROAD SOUTH OF SILVERADO AVENUE
WHEREAS, M. & T. Inc., a Nevada Corporation has executed a
Grant of Easement for Roadway Purposes whicli is in good and sufficient
form granting to Che City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of
Califorriia, easement over certain real property ~or roadway purposes,
situate in the City of Cupertino, more particular~.y described in
Exhibi.t "A" and Fxhibit "B", attached hereto and made a~:part hereof ,
which is as follows:
All that certain real property situate in
the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara,
State of California, consisting of approximately
0.084 acres on the east side of Saratoga-
Sunnyvale Road ~outh of Silverado Avenue.
NOW, THEREFORE, B~ IT RESOLVED that the City of Cupertino accept
said grant so tendered; and
IT IS FURTHER R~SOLVED, thaC the City Clerk be and he is hereby
authorized to record said dedication and this Resolution.
PASSID AND AbOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of
the C3ty of Cupert3no this 4th day o~ November , 1974, by

All that certain real property in the City of Cupertino, County of
Santa Clara, State of California, described as follows:
That portion of the Northeast quarter of Section 24, Township 7 South
Range 2 West, M. D. B. & M., being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in th~ Easterly line of Saratoga-Sunnyvale Road,
as established by deed to the State of California, :recorded March 5, 1956,
in Book 3430, Page 108 of Official Records, at the intersection thereof
with the Southerly line of that certain parcel conveyed to James Aveni, ~
et ux, by deed recorded March 13, 1936, in Book 767, Page 25 of Official.
Records; thence along said Southerly line, North 89°20'S8" East 10.00 feet;
thence parallel with said Easterly line of Saratoga-Sunnyvale Road North 0°
03' East 365.35 feet to the most Northerly line of said parcel; thence along
said Northerly line North 89°55'03" West 10.00 feet to the said Easterly line
of Saratoga-Sunnyvale Road; thence along said Easterly line South 0°03'00"
West 365.48 feet to the Point.of Beginning.
Containing 0.084 acres, more or less.
